This past weekend Skye Canyon, in the northwest part of the Las Vegas Valley, had a grand opening of Phase Two with sixteen model homes to view in six different neighborhoods. The homebuilders are Pulte Homes and Woodside Homes, both these builders are partners in the Nevada Builder Trade In Program that the Smith Team operates. Additionally, models were opened by two other builders, Pardee Homes and Richmond American.
Phase Two is comprised of 214 acres and when finished there will be 12 residential neighborhoods, a 2-acre park, walking and biking trails plus neighborhood parks that offer splash pads, playgrounds, shaded picnic areas and different sports fields.
The floor plans of the model homes range from 1,470 square feet to 3,386 square feet and prices start in the $200,000s. The homes are geared towards indoor/outdoor living with flexible open floor plans and contemporary exteriors. Skye Canyon Marketplace has been built with a 123,000 square foot Smith’s as an anchor tenant with other retailers scheduled to move in soon.
