EIGHT VILLAGES IN SUMMERLIN ARE SHOWCASED

Summerlin is one of the most awarded master-planned communities in the country year after year, with over 100 floors plans in 35 neighborhoods in eight different villages.  For those that are looking for a quick move-in home, there are dozens of homes available in four of the villages that are move-in ready.

The villages with move-in ready inventory are The Paseos, Reverence, Stonebridge and South Summerlin for single-family homes and townhomes.  The prices start in the $200,000s and go up to around $1 million.


The Paseos is west of the 215 Beltway and is situated at a high elevation so you have incredible views of the Las Vegas Valley and the mountains.  There are three homes in the Los Altos neighborhood by Toll Brothers for immediate move-in.  Also by Toll Brothers, there are three other move-in ready homes in Altura in the Paseos Village.

Coronado is also in the Paseos and is a condominium neighborhood by Edward Homes with two homes available.  The Woodside Homes neighborhood of Savona has one home that is move-in ready.


Stonebridge Village is located along side of the foothills of the Red Rock National Conservation Area and has one home that can be an immediate move-in at Skye Knoll by Richmond American Homes.


The Village of Summerlin South is home to Trilogy by Shea Homes with four floor plans that are move-in ready.  The neighborhood is an active adult 55 plus community with three collections of attached homes and is located at Flamingo Road and Town Center Drive.


Reverence is a village that was built exclusively by Pulte Homes.  There are a few homes for immediate move-in in a few different parts of Reverence.
