For the fifth year in a row Summerlin, the award winning master-plan community, is holding a special toy drive for foster care kids in Southern Nevada. The community is accepting new unwrapped toys in Downtown Summerlin up until December 14.
The toy drive is organized by Lawrence Weekly for the children of the Department of Family services. No child should go without a gift for the holidays. Last year the toy drive was exceptionally successful - Tom Warden, senior vice president of community and government relations for Summerlin, stated this year will be even stronger.
Downtown Summerlin Concierge located in the breezeway of One Summerlin – opened from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Summerlin Corporate Office at 10801 W. Charleston Blvd, third floor from 8a.m. to 5p.m.
Summerlin HOA South in the Breezeway of 1980 Festival Plaza Drive – suite 340 Monday thru Friday 9a.m. to 5p.m.
Summerlin HOA North at 2120 Snow Trail Monday thru Friday from 9a.m. to 5p.m.
The Ridges Custom Home Sales Center, 11277 Marble Ridge Drive that is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Since the toy drive started over 20,000 toys have been donated according to Commissioner Weekly. This is such a worthwhile cause – so if you can donate a new unwrapped toy please do and know you are responsible for putting a smile on a child’s face this holiday season.
Keep in mind that whether you are interested in buying a home or selling a home, a Realtor should represent you– this person is working for your benefit and will help you navigate through the buying or selling process.
